Dr. Csaba Zainkó (BME) is an assistant professor at the Speech Communications and Smart Interactions Laboratories of Dept. of Telecommunications and Media Informatics in BME. He obtained his MSc (1999) in Informatics and PhD (2010) at BME. His PhD topic was speech synthesis in infocommunication networks. He has teaching experience in courses on Human-Computer interaction, Human -Robot interaction and Speech Information Systems. He has also experience in industrial projects among others in the development of the First Hungarian Email Reader (1999), Reverse phone directory (2004), Automated Medicine Information system (2008) and Text-To-Speech System for Railway Station Announcements (2014). He has 54 scientific publications. His current research interest is neural network based speech processing, including deep learning based speech synthesis.
